Send the exact amount to the exact address. That amount is how we match your payment to your order automatically. Crypto transfers can't be reversed, so double-check both before confirming. If anything looks off, ask us in the livechat first.
Good to keep in mind
- Exodus shows a 12-word recovery phrase. Write it down offline and never share it with anyone, including us.
- Buy a little more than the total: the provider's fee and a few cents of network fee come off the top.
- Your LTC usually lands in the wallet within minutes of the payment clearing.
